Introducing Miss J, Polenastics lovely Canadian pole fitness instructor having a practice session with the team back in June 2009.
The Polenastics team are: Pips, Mimi, Jess (in Canada), Sam, Lucy, Carla, Fee, Louise, Michelle and Jules
Polenastics pole dancing for fitness classes and private lessons are run in Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley, Fenny Stratford, Hitchin, Stotfold, Letchworth, Newport Pagnell and Wolverton. Est 2003
Miss J is currently instructing in Milton Keynes UK, although she will shortly be taking Polenastics to Vancouver in Canada.
Since filming this practice video Miss J has a load more wonderful tricks and spins under her belt. In order to showcase this constant progression from our instructors, Polenastics will shortly be bringing videos of all our instructors to YouTube.
