Isn't a jasper, it has the regular heatsinc on the left and the Jasper on the right so it has been messed with and switched around

Well as long the room is cooled down there is no need of fan . Like 25 degree aircooled room . Now do the same in summer mid August in a room at 30 degree Celsius and you will see How well it works LoL .
