Great video. Canada has much better meat and meat selections, I'm not surprised at how large that bird is. I miss Canada! It's so wonderful up there, your family is so blessed!

I cook mine in a paper bag makes for a very juicy tender chicken/turkey.

How large was this chicken? how many pounds? It looks absolutely enormous! I've never seen such a big chicken.

well the original in the oven idea is out the door deep fried is the only way to go to make shure it is moist this is done by searing the out side skin so u don't loose the juices and tastes way better too

Wow that chicken is as big as some turkeys
I put two or three streaky bacon strips on a chicken before I roast it, I find that I don't have to baste it as much if I do that. Good for flavour too.
