Three things:

- I've gained,
- I'm joining a gym,
- I'm 30 inches around the waist and ~ 61-62kg.

The most important thing:

- I AM NOT DETERRED!!

I am not making false promises, I really WILL see 28 inches before the end of this year!!

  • Hey! You look great! I just have to ask, what are you doing to tone up? That's my problem now...I feel like i'm losing weight but my body's still not nearly as tight as yours. I would appreciate any suggestions. =) I have no doubt that you will see 28 inches by the end of the year. You already look wonderful now!

    To tone up I weight train, contrary to popular belief weight training will not bulk us ladies, you just need to know what you want for your body. I lift heavy (for me) dumbells with few reps and a few other combos, this is what I'm doing to try and tone up. I enjoy it, cardio can be SO repetitive and after a while I need things shaking up. I still do cardio though.. both actually 3 times a week.

  • I can totally see they change in your loss and your toning up, your doing awesome!!! Wish I had very little to lose, but I will get to 130 pounds, that is where I want to be. Keep up the good work!!! Your an inspiration & you keep me motivated!!! Thumbs up!!! YAY!!!

  • @kellafornia1964 Wow!! Such a sweet message, it's strange, some people who have the most to lose actually lose it the quickest, it all depends on the individual. Well, update: I joined my sister's gym yesterday and went again today for toning and a quick intro. It's REALLY different to running on the treadmill and dancing at home :).

    Together we can ALL make it. Your body deserves it :)
