I can't understand the way he picks but he can pull off being incredibly fast and accurate so it doesn't matter.

Actually there is no right or the wrong way...there is only the efficient way and the less efficient way...The goal is to freely pick as you want without souring wrists or whatever:)

Tim Roth has stated before that he has a bad habit of moving just his index finger and thumb to pick, the right way is in this video where the whole hand is in a fist and the pick is pressed to the thumb and on the side of the index. That way you have a stronger grip and can play faster.

I agree with hooobz, why complain about his picking technique, he can do it as good as a guy using the "correct technique" I dont know why the hell people who are probably jealous always have to say shit about others, its irritating -_-"
