England - and read it properly - its not what ur doing ie filming but what you do with the end result - read any amateur magazine on the subject and it'll tell you - adult release templates can be found on the Internet

@Jherd12 Mainly cos there is a lot of walking from cliff to cliff, so its easier to just keep them on.

@CiDeRxPeanut Idid. It's a public place, NO restrictions at all on videos or photos. I'm sure everyone will recognise your face on the video! I wasn't hiding behind a rock so you could have seen my camera, and other people's too.
Why are you worried?

@StuartMorris7
Yes there are - if someone in your photo/ video is recognisable you need to ask them to sign an adult release before you use it - and if they don't then you can't!!! this also applies if someone's property is recognisable. CiDeRxPeanut well done man - I did that years ago from the east side and damn near sh*t meself but it was worth it just to say i'd done it - what a rush

@niamhkeryk Which part of the world do you live in? There is definitely NO restriction on filming in a public place in the UK. If someone has told you otherwise challenge them. What legislation are you referring to?

@StuartMorris7 U NEED TO ASK SOMEONE IF U WANT TO FILM THEM!!!!

@hillsidesue Wrong. A release form is NOT required in these circumstances. Also, advice from ACPO to British police forces (8/2010)says: "There are no powers prohibiting the taking of photographs, film or digital images in a public place. Therefore members of the public and press should not be prevented from doing so."
