Chol Soo Lee documentary on 20/20 from 1982 Part 1 of 2

Chol Soo Lee was un wrongfully accused and convicted of the 1973 China Town Gang Murder and sentenced to death row. Through the work of many including K.W. Lee, Chol's sentence was overturned and now is a free man. Later a movie loosely depicting the events leading up to Chol's conviction and later aquittal can be seen through the movie "True Believer" Starring Robert Downey Jr. and James Woods.

I knew Chol Sol Lee when he got out of jail. He was working with my older brother, and would come to our family picnics and stuff. I used to go rolling around with him everywhere. he was one cool cat. I would love to re-unite with that old friend.
