@PrimerDust318 well it hasnt been up to long.but i had put it up before and nobody watched it so i took it down.but i decided this should be up so people know the real story and reactions from the russians and americans.

I have been wondering if this was on here at all and was so glad it was on. Thanks for posting it. Does anyone know where to get a copy of the full version I would love to add it to my collection and have my two year old watch it when he gets old enough! The movie was very well done but this documentary was even better.

I remember this nite everyone was outside where I lived in manhattan were bangin on pots and pans fireworks and there was still snow from the storm we had and freezing but no one cared I loved it,that didn't happen again till the 86 mets world series but this was a whole US celebration cause of the political climate at the time

The Soviets got surprised because of their arrogance, spoiled nature (they'd won too many times) and because they just generally did not respect us. Kind of like Afghanistan. Right after Vietnam, everyone wanted to challenge us and those that did, mostly found out that the American eagle still would rip your throat out.
