I can't believe that until 2011 with Bryan Herta Autosport & the late Dan Wheldon, this was the last win at Indy for one of the lower budget teams. Before anyone contradicts me, Foyt was a big player in IRL until CART went down the pan and all the teams defected. Team Rahal was a big player in CART, Andretti bought over Team Green(another big hitter in CART) and as for Penske & Ganassi well they speak for themselves
