Marine Corp Military Workout Plan. This is my version of a training routine for anyone who is planning on entering the military or who wants to just train like one and build muscles and burn fat at the same time.

Perform 45 seconds ON for each exercise and then rest 15 seconds before going to the next exercise. At the end of all exercise rest 90 seconds and then repeat for 3x total.

    Yeah, that's why you're able to bench a whopping 85 pounds now! You go, girl!

  • @techmaster90 thats not true at all. muscle contraction alone does not make you stronger. muscle contraction while excersicing will make you stronger

  • If you want to become stronger just flex every muscle in your body, hold your position, relax, then repeat.

  • Monkey pull ups: The Marines have you go all the way down and to lock your elbows before you can go up again, just a note, it's a lot easier to go down until your elbows are at about a 110 degree angle, but make sure that if you're training for marines that you go all the way down. Or else, it won't be counted in a PT test and it will get much harder a lot faster.
