  • Using a pole plant is a really good idea because it helps you to remain balanced and to turn more quickly. Also it helps you to stay forward when you ski, which puts you in more control of what you do.

  • @MikeMikeBMX how are you gonna ski backwards with poles that long. Poles are pointless anyways Mins are like three feet long and what do you need them for anyways...nothing. Definatly dont wanna be spinning through the air with huge daggers.

    Bend your arms at a 90 degree angle relaxed at your sides. Use the poles that touch the ground at that angle.

    To find a good pole length, bend your arms at a 90 degree angle relaxed at your sides. The poles that just touch the ground at that height should be the best of the poles you have.
