PSA3 is a story of arrogance and tragedy as our road-tested biker flies through stop signs and stop lights in his own little universe. Finally he gets his due and meets Elvira. More than a metaphor, she takes him to a new world as he tumbles through the intersection of right and wrong. It's a sad tale that must be told.
