God.. I had one of this when I was 9 or 10 years old, just like this one "Japanese version"... nostalgy. I would pay 12 dollars if I had the opportunity.

which one do you like better the english version or the Japanese version and also I am so excited because I ordered a yellow yasashii tamagotchi off ebay (yes I did find one) just a few days ago and I can hardly wait to get it!!!

I like the English version better. It is more culturally relevant to us. I saw that there was a yasashii for $300 buy it now. Was that you? I sometimes find them on yahoo auctions. I haven't wanted to get one yet. I found a really cheap mecagotchi for 500 yen or around $7 by their exchange rate.

I just ordered a BUNCH or new batteries. My other batteries died. So, I am guessing in a few days once they arrive in the mail.
