tarns fat - margarine, butter, sugar, process food and/ meet, food that contained in a container having chemicals like - traces of soap, the paint inside of the ken food, food that rapt in an aluminium piper or elastic plastic rap (having Bisphenol A (BPA) ) and worry too much about it :)

Nasty foods....mayonnaise, hamburgers, hotdogs, salad dressings, butter, candies, sodas, pies, french fries, deep frieds, muffins, you name the rests.

I eat crap like Pizza and pasta and salami & cheese stuffed sandwiches and fries like once or twice a month. The rest of time I'm 90% raw vegan. My point is, you don't have to give up "bad food". The body is strong enough to handle a challenge once a month. It's just not smart to have it frequently. Even once a week is too much. But OMG, I love burritos and pepperoni pizza with a glass of COW milk, and brownies... I refuse to live my life without them and really, once a month it's totally fine.
