  • It will be a one state solution no matter what. Even if two states are defined and the settlers leave there's no way Israel will let Palestine be truly sovereign. Israel will still attempt to control the air, land, sea, resources and politics of Palestine. The question is how awful the one state solution that prevails will be. It's one state now where half of the occupants are non-people. Real justice for Palestine will unfortunately take decades whatever the outcome. But keep fighting!

  • I don't know. I think the two-state on the 1967 border is the only realistic solution given the current conditions. Maybe "one democratic state for all" (like the state can ever be truly democratic) works on paper, but when asked how we can go about achieving it no one seems to have a valid answer. Sure Israel is a racist oppressive state, but all states are oppressive by their very nature. What we Americans need to be doing is pressuring our gov. to end all aid and support to Israel.
