Israeli Forum For Ecological Art In EarthDay Event 2007

Earthday main event initiated and curated by Shai Zakai, director and founder of the Israeli Forum for Ecological Art.
The event included art installations by Dorit Drori, Mirit Barkan, Jamal Hasan, Rania Akel and her art students from Faradis.
Workshops and meditation and an indoor symposium were included in the event as well.
The outdoor event was opened by the artist Shai Zakai and by Karnit Goldvaser, the wife of the late kidnapped soldier Ehud Goldvaser, who was an environmental activist.

Organic rolls designed in the shape of the planet, by chef and healer Avital Sabag, were given to the public as a reminder of our responsibility on this earth.

It is the international exhibition i curated in 2006, in regard to the Fires in forests. then- an Earth day event i produced where the tree trunk were brought to the event from the burnt forest ( due to the war) and an artist made a spiral out of them
