Obama Uses Humor at West Point to Remind that His "Power is Absolute" over Military

Here is video from President Obama's speech at West Point, May 22, 2010, where he used humor to remind everyone his "power is absolute" over the military.

Obama told the Cadets his "power is wisely limited" as President, but that there is one area where he has absolute power. He then said he "absolved all cadets who are on restriction for minor conduct offenses," but said he would leave it those who knew better than him what "minor" is.
