Where the fuck is the Adults killing each other, Killing the kids, Stabbing the kids, Kids killing Kids, The Mutants killing the Kids, Where is Paradise? Where the hell is Sho's Mom's bust? Where is his Mom hearing his Pleas and sending him stuff to the future? What about the Imagined creatures and forest?! What the fuck is this shit?!

What the fuck 0-o I just read the manga, and it was fantastic, but this look so shittty. Even though I love manga but am not going to watch this.

Wtf?! They made a movie?! The manga was amazing, but this looks absolutely terrible. What's up with the singing? The English?? THE NON JAPANESE PEOPLE?! Seriously ;___;

@Marbles471 Your bringing up George Lucas. He was on a planet by himself, during those times. As far as my piggy bank. lol Japan doesn't have a prejudice bone in their body. There way of doing things might be a bit strange, but never an intention to create harm. They also cut about 40 pages from the script, because of the budget. If they would've had a bigger budget. We would've actually filmed it in Australia, in the sand dunes.

@Marbles471 Well, you see, if i happen to see one or two japanese movies that are good, even if i were to see 100 others that were bad, i would never say something like "all japanese movies are bad" but i didn't. And i didn't like the Ring either, though i have never seent he american(!) version.

So while it may be generalized, it surely isn't "waaaaay to broad". At least for ME.

(p.s.: WIth "Japanese movies" i obviously mean movies that were done for japanese audience)

The only thing I've ever seen that even comes close to the schizophrenic nature of this movie is a bizarre Dutch film called "Schatjes" (1984) that was dubbed into English as "Army Brats." Out of nowhere, in the middle of the story, the characters just suddenly burst into song, musical-style----just like they do in the classroom here. Then it ends as quickly as it began.
