Meadow Mill in Baltimore Maryland gets flooded by the Jones Falls River on March 10, 2011. Every time we get high water in the Jones Falls valley this happens. You would think that someone would think about rebuilding that bridge 3-4 feet higher to prevent the flooding, but they don't. You would also think that everyone would move their cars, but they don't. This now seems almost irrelevant compared to the tsunami in Japan.
Thumbs up!
