Honestly, never really played with them, so I can't say. But they have guards, lancers, all the stuff you need, so they must be ok.

@TWReplays your assumption was right. riflemen can DOMINATE on this map, take it from me, a person who really likes and does pretty well on this map most of the time. 125 ranged units can shoot clear across practically any body of water on this map, enabling you to hold back the enemy, or funnel them into choke points. 1 or 2 riflemen coupled with some light inf are very good because you can lure ur enemy into attack with long range shots where you can then use ur lights. i would love to play u.

Excellent video, too bad we couldn't save the Arcole game we played. The word you are looking for is ford, cross the river at the ford. I feel bad for your opponents, most have no idea what they are getting into.

@TWReplays bear in mind when i say "you" i am not refering too you. my previous comment is just my idea of warfare. in a nutshell my idea is saying that plans are for idiots but planning shows adaptibility.

@TWReplays as fun as napoleonic warfare is, i find that war should be approached generally. there are schools of military thought that are too specific in their approach too warfare. people argue that logistics, offensive and defensive doctrines, discipline etc. are keys too successful warfare. Yes these are important factors too warfare, but no victory can be achieved by a "single" doctrine. Unless u consider the situational dynamics, you'll be like a tree that dosen't bend when the wind blows.
