    thats called "peppering" its a blending in technique, typically if u have dark substrate they try to camouflage with it and develop peppered dots.

    anyone wanna help i have a fish sorta like in the vid except a little duller but there are some little black dots all over its body i'm wondering if it has a diseases or something..nice tank
