Regards the breathing, its most important thing, Start with big breaths, Focus on them, you will have some taught's and doubts that you will not make it, but just focus on Big breaths and slowly Slow them down, and only focus on Breaths ignore all taught's.
(Because its How to meditate, i'm giving you this suggestion about breathing because i suppose beginners would like to see this video, and the start is most important to keep it on and not fail at start)
