@triggerhappyperson id go with the 243 at your age same cartridge but smaller caliber thus less recoil maybe even less than the 30-30 and ive never had a deer walk away from a 243

Why do you call yourself "Tsniper"? Just curious...
-
@triggerhappyperson a 30-30 has almost no kick its nothing but if ur 150 lbs then u will be ok the first shot will make ur sholder sore but after that u will get used to it and it will not bother u anymore
-
You could be a better shooter if you squeeze the trigger instead of pulling it....

How well does it stabilize those 175's? I keep hearing that 12:1 twist won't stablize them. I have my first LONG range competition coming up in May and I'd really like to use some 175's to get to 1000 rather than trying to fight the wind with 155's. I've only ever fired 168's (still new to reloading and to long range). I do love my 700VS though. I put mine in a Bell and Carlson stock.

im 13 115 i can handle a 12 ga with a 3 inch magnum shell and also a 7mm-08 magnum can i shoot this? guessing i can but i was just wondering
-
@triggerhappyperson Im 40 and 156 lbs. If I can handle it you can too. Plus...your probably gonna get a lot bigger!

@therabbit50 it's a civilian version of one of the us military's sniper rifles, sooooooo pretty damn accurate up to 400 yards
-
what a beautiful gun

you might want to start bumping the shoulder back on your reloads a little, it will make the round chamber easier, gennerally giving better accuracy. just give your die a 1/4 turn further into the press and it will bump your shoulder a tad, you will see an improvement.
how does the recoil compare because i am 13 yrs old and 150 lbs how ould it compare to a 30-30 lever action and would i b find shooting it

@triggerhappyperson It packs a more of a punch than a 30-30.

Awesome video, Question why didn't you just load the rifle instead of discharging and recycling the cartridge and load another one.

@blackfeatherarchery I like single loading it when I'm testing reloads. :)
