You can check your PC's Specs easy as pie:)

For RAM right click on your My Computer(for XP) or Computer(Vista) and then select Properties. For DX and graphic: Click on Start->Run->and type dxdiag(for xp)

For Vista, Blue start orb and type into search dxdiag and you can see your PC's graphic specs. Hope this helps.

Hey whats your PC's Specs, otherwise set your visual settings lower, i used to have High, but I reduced some settings to Medium, I am using Vista Ultimate, and Nvidia 8600GT visual card. Ohh and set your anti-lasing off, it helps much.
