32 years of bi-polar and with or without meds I have made it through all kinds of stuff, God is my help through it and ups and downs.Thank God for drs and meds but our wills help us to make it too.

@DelIriSentA Pretty much what happened to me!
When I refused to take my Meds my mom was furious! But I told her "I have lived all my life dealing with my problems myself, you really think that now that I have this diagnosis that I will die without these drugs?" I felt better immediately the next day.

diminishing the ego through meditation.. that was funny. acknowledge your ego by trying to meditate it away. you won't get too far with that. Apart from that statement... it was a pleasant video and I enjoyed it.

@mrmoogle1 I do, it's as if my ego was shattered into different parts, I have put them back together again but they remain seperate and compartmentalized to an extent.

have you ever experienced metal decompartmentalization or "ego death"? where it feels like you are not one person but instead you are several people inside of one head making decisions about what to make the body say or do next?
