George Gray comes in to do a cool down from a vigorous workout at the gym. George starts his routine with a series of exercises for three body parts and a light cardiio workout followed by cooling the body down and maintaining flexibility as well as not allowing the muscles to contarct too much with a 4-6 minute drum workout at the drum kit. This is a good way to keep the motors fibers in tune with building and developing stamina, endurance, power and energy when it is time to actually perform at the kit.
