Absolutely flawless, impeccable production. A song I'll take to my grave with so many happy memories. On a podium, lost in the many, many amazing moments of this masterpiece. The bass, the drum pattern, the vinyl scratch, the scat chant…I could go on and on.

Aretha Franklin is great don't get me wrong, but her version fails compared to Deborah's version, Deborah Cooper knocked this one out of the park big time....sorry Aretha

No song has EVER brought me to my feet the way this version does!!! AWESOME!!

Chile I remember this in the clubs and we'd tear Catch One up. No offense to Ms. Franklin who did a fierce version too, but sometimes it's nice to stick with the original. The memories are better. Miss you Mr. Cole.

Martha Walsh actually sang lead on this. There was a video out here at one time, but it's off the boards as far as can tell.
