  • "Ride of the Valkyries" is the only piece they use (from Wagner's Die Walküre) but it has an orchestral opening before the soprano comes in. See the WIkipedia article "Ride of the Valyries" for more background.

  • You can't go wrong with horns on your head and voluminous breast plates.

  • It was a momentous day for high art. I am very proud of my colleagues on the high plains for creating this masterpiece of goofiness! The other drill teams all did a fabulous job also. Must admit this was my favorite!
