Maggots inside a Steak Sandwich

Police Detective bites into steak sandwich and finds live maggots in her mouth. Miami Gardens, Florida. Update-Jan 2009: the bakery was shut down by the city for a week. It reopened after being cited for unsafe food handling methods. BTW, it's an Argentinian bakery at NW 199 St- 47 Ave in Miami Gardens, Fla. The detective survived and is now retired.

it takes a good amount of negligence for maggots to live like that, in a restaurant setting. fuck shutting it down for a week. they should have been shut down, and not have been able to reopen in the U.S.
