Mike and Frances meet the worlds best waiter, Paco (De San Luis Obispo, Cali, yay!), for dinner at Topolobampo Restaurant. We LOVED the Ensalada Topolobampo (serrano chile & lime dressing, yum!) and were absolutely blown away by the Pato al Pasilla (dark pasilla chile sauce slow cooked crispy skin Gunthorp duck breast) and the Leg of Lamb with Oaxacan black mole (chilhuacle chile + 28 secret ingredients). Paco suggested a California Zin from Tres Sabores St Helena and it put the entire meal over the top with wicked good deliciousness!!! Many, many thanks Paco. You and all the chefs & staff made this a truly memorable night. Plus we now have a new favorite winery to visit too!
