Traditional Chinese Painting - Chinese Flower Bird Painting - Watercolor.Chinese Bird Flower Painting. Flower Bird Landscapes. This is a simple painting of a Bird I saw on the side of a CHinese Flowery Pecoe TIn.
I have always wanted to try and paint variants of it and finally amidst the rains I thought the time was just.
I like the way the ink is so simple.
And the close ups I do of my paintings I do because I personally enjoy the way the pulp sits inside on and through the papr and midst itself and other colours.
I can fully appreciate the way he Chinese Soot ink blends into the paper, and the way the paint plays amongst itself.
I dont know what it is, but theres something beautiufl to me simply in seeing black ink on paper, chinese paper. I can celebrate more now so than ever before that feeling of makng the ink sit on the Xuan even as simple shapes and spontaneous form.
It is something that is growing on me and more and more I can appreciate many of the works I see, in this I feel I have made a step forwards.
I can only study what I see, but I read very much about the philosophies of the Masters and the way they lives and what they tried to achieve.
I find now that the smpler the work is that I prefer, the harder it is to reproduce in siilar style.

I find that the beauty is greatly there in very spontaneous works, and for me, to find the confidence to use paint in that loud and bold manner, requires actually a great degree of kowhow regarding the bristle understanding of your brushes, the consistency of the paint, the absorbancy of the paper and also the speed and pressure with which you use the brush.

In this, there lie the secrets of the ancient masters.

Hello again. Well, peaceful mind? I am in a storm here. The world isnt smiling for me as much as I try to make it so.

The wrld is a mire in England and they hide the truths from the rest of the world but believe me, in England at the moment, social unrest, its incredible.

However, the one thing I had on my mind when I passed out in the snow and thought I was about to die, was Painting and animations. How odd, paintings and animations. Thanks for calling in. xx
