This video shows the nose of the plane coming out the other side, casting a clear shadow briefly before exploding into flames. I'd say this is good evidence that earlier videos showing the "nose out" were wrong to claim that was proof the video was faked. What it more likely shows is that the plane's nose was stronger than we'd expect a commercial airliner to be.
