There is physially no other element or composite that can reflect more light than a VS2 (and higher) D-E colorless diamond. Physically side by side, zirconium will have a milkier composite to the comparison. I1-I3 diamonds will absolutely be less 'sparkly' because of the amount of inclusions that block light from passing through. These are grades of diamonds and grades make a huge difference in appearance.
These are not diamonds, they're most likely swarvoski crystals.

@gix500 Not exactly there was a show asking women which they thought were real diamonds ( or zirconium) and most of all the women chose zirconium but it was soo much shinier then diamonds.

believe me diamonds would shine alot more with 100 halogene lamps pointed at it, its just crystal glass, not the same as high quality diamonds
