Okay so unlike the vast majority of youtube listeners...I actually have experience in music classes. So let me critique you honestly, I admit it may appear harsh but I'm certain that if you address the issues then your singing will improve a LOT!

First off, breathing is key and when you breathe in the middle of a phrase it sounds like, 'This dream *GASP* I'm dreaming' which doesn't sound pretty. What you need to do is practice controlling your breathing so that you can get through the phrases.

Third, your slides. You go flat or pitchy, really watch to make sure you hit the right notes instead of over or under-stepping your goal. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE.

Fourth, don't strain yourself. Especially on 'it's the climb', I can tell because the note goes all over the place when it's a relatively simple place. It all goes back to vowels and annunciation (You should definitely look into annunciation), if vowels are formed properly and you don't strain then the song will come easier.

Second is vowels. Your vowels, no offense, are atrocious. You need to watch how you shape your lips. I'll use the example of around 0:42 or so, the part of the phrase, 'got to keep my head held high'. Head, held and high... The vowels you used on those literally made me cringe because you cut made eh noises. I's need to be addressed with ah's and then the hard part of the i towards the end of the held note. Head's vowel needs to be opened more. Held, well, I can't even explain it over text.
