@SLovejoyable I totally agree. Conceptually I think it's fantastic, but in practice I still see the vast majority of people just parking their cars and leaving. Not really a place you'd want to stick around for too long.

Architecture at it's most pretentious. A well designed parking garage, sure. But I think I'll refrain from throwing a party or conference there. As much as the architects insist you "can't name it by program", it is still a parking garage.
