Chrome patch to fix flash fullscreen problem for dual monitors

This patch is specifically written for Chrome to solve the dual monitor full screen problem. This should work on all versions of chrome. I have tested it myself on 6,7 and 8. As I'm a die hard chrome fan I will keep the patch updated. You can download it from the link below. The source code is also available in case someone is interested.
