i'm sure the phrasing n structure's different, but i haven't heard the original in a long time..i wanted to play it from memory( i needed the words as a bit of a reminder!)

  • I think you even got the the overdriven speaker sound that I've heard on some of Johns live recocordings*****

  • Yay, thanks man, i was gonna do it clean but i'd set the vox mic too loud and almost deafened myself, but when i played it back it really reminded me of an old recording, cheers:)

  • Phrasing and structure my ****, man that was an AWESOME version... Brilliant work! 2 in a row fav'd - *NOTE TO SELF* Check this channel MORE often... Excellent!! 5/5

  • Yea, i listened to the original afterward i recorded this and was surprised how similar the phrasing was( must have good memory!)..he almost talks the words tho, very soft, anyway this is how i felt they should be sung, thanks Paul:)

  • wow is that yew?

if so good singer nd vair hott :P

  • Yea, the buzcocks were one of my first inspirations. So glad i met him. listen to his one note guitar solo on 'boredom' again..that's shows u only need a modicum of ability, but a shit load of drive, keep goin:) (does he still play that one note solo, or does he do a flashy two noter?)

  • I see you posted a new one. Ah Pete is inspiring, it shows me that although I have years to go of playing.. if I had the time, it is possible to start off and do a great job under pure enthusiasm, something I lack at times :)..
