i dont think fedor was out cold here, clearly u can see him moving his left arm from the moment he fell. look at the position fedor was in when he took the first hard shot from hendo. how could he stand? he was almost bent over so he had no where to fall other than flat on his face. he turned the minute he fell....almost. and herb stopped it.
