Here's how our great republic works, people.

1. Barack Obama and Democratic congressional candidates say they're going to reform healthcare and create a public option.
2. Voters elect said Democrats in a landslide.
3. Said Democrats do what they promised.

Note that "The defeated party whines and screams like 8-year-olds who lost a softball game" is not a consequential part of the democratic process.

There is a reason why our founding fathers found it necessary to even mention tyranny. It occurs AFTER the tyrants are placed in office and violate constitutional laws. THAT is how the constitutional system works. To call defenders of the constitution whiners show your moronic mentality and disdain for the constitution. Govt. is NOT a game and our founding fathers built a republic form of govt., as opposed to a democracy. You fail.

Your argument would make sense if Obama was violating the Constitution, which he is not. Also, Obama was not "placed in office". He was elected by the largest majority of any President for the past 20 years. Just in case you forgot.

He has and you would remain in denial and protect him, Liberal congress, tyrannical States and tainted court systems over the constitutional laws. Don't just read the master document of the constitution, read them all, including the Federalist Papers and Declaration of Independence and if you don't see how those in office have corrupted this govt., which are just angencies and trustees to the people, you have not been paying attention. The laws state that the people should abolish the tyranny.

The tyranny of the majority, aka democracy aka 'not communism'.

Seems like democracy suits for the elitists only when it's convenient for them.

MsShando, you don't remember correctly at all. Republicans controlled the House and Senate for most of Bush's terms.
