Been looking at UCC .. the only section that I have found for my benefit is UCC 1-308, it would help to give us interested parties ... links to the codes you are tallking about so that we may reference them - I listen to a lot of vids for data and info but nothing concrete to get my hands on..... please if you can proved copies of ducuments or links to get them :).
