I LITERALLY HAD TO PUT LIQUID RUBBER THAT IS MADE FOR TOOL DIPPING ON THE SIDE OF THE PHONE TO BE ABLE TO GRIP THE PHONE TO OPEN IT.I CAN'T FATHOM WHY YOU WOULD RELEASE THIS DESIGN WITHOUT TESTING IT THE FUNCTIONALITY OF IT FIRST ?

Finally --I get to VENT against this phone. Had it for slightly over a year.
The designer of the phone should be black listed from the industry FOREVER !
Did the designer ever eat his own dog food ? Did he ever try and use the phone before he released it to the other guy that needs to be black listed also for ordering the production of probably millions of these trinket phones.

@mlee678 Yah,,, the speakers are decently loud. The ringer is enough to wake me up and I am not a light sleeper. It is very basic and easy to use. I had one, and my dad still uses one.
