http://inkallusions.blogspot.com. Come and have a play with me while I use Nestability dies and a holiday Cuttlebug folder in an unusual way accented by Pearl Ex powder.

  • Hi first let me say I love this card! I have a question about the final results with the christmas tree. How did you achieve your results? What type of ink did you use and then the steps you used for this.

Thanks, I m totally amazed with this card. I have all the products (I think) to create it however I am confussed with the tree...lol

  • @suzieq306, I am glad you liked the card. I cut and embossed the white card first. Then I stamped the tree with a black pigment ink and then poured on some embossing powder (I mixed a graphite gray with a pure silver) and heat set. Then the card was returned to the Spellbinder die and I inked on the

Distress Dusty Concord using a Cut 'n Dry Foam pad from Ranger. The last step was to add the glitter. I used some Flower Soft glue for this but Aleene's is good also. Good luck with your card.

  • Fantastik nestabilities! I long to receive mine!!!

  • Ok dearheart, You now officially make me smile! 3 TIPS in one video...very smart!

PLUS a humorous bon mot about 'Mom, they're naked..issues down the road' Had to laugh at that one. So I must now look for a piercer, red rubber and not buy more nestabilities . Well presented!

    Joyous Season!

    cheers

  • @gobeagirl, you have me laughing. I had to go back and listen to what I said. I'm not sure if that is one of my made up words or not. lol

I have a card that I completed during an online crop that I am hoping to post to my blog. Love, love, love the Pearl Ex. Sorry you cannot get any in your neck of the woods. Thanks for watching my vids.
