it could be noted that you can also pull the notes down, from the 'proper' tones of the scales, to improper out-of-scale accidentals, that one finds in music like jazz, fusion rock, ect & with both the chords, the arps & the melody and it's ornamtik, to tweak it all to your ears fancy. it needn't always be in line to the vertical pitch and harmonic progressions's notes at all! Same with the bass to, you can play with the total harmony & change C major sound by simply adding an A note on bass: )

Okay so learning music is definitely different from learning photoshop.
I was looking for ways to equate the two, but there are no similarities, obviously.
But I was hoping for something like an overlay blending mode or a soft stroke brush, but I get chords and a bunch of science I didn't expect.
I want to learn to make myself a more rounded person, but again I find it just a little beyond my learning curve.

@fisco130 Thank You. In the Piano Roll view, click on the upper left triangle, then on "Chord", then one of the minor scales.

@mahlithebest In the piano roll, click on the little triangle in the upper left corner which will bring up a menu. Then click on "Helpers" then "Ghost Channels".
