People are giving you thumbs down, but really, your point is all it comes down to. Sotomayor is undeniably racist, and should certainly not be in the Supreme Court.

Some people don't consider the race of the Justices to be a factor in how they are able to rule.

Sotomayor is a judicial lightweight. Her rulings are vague, and poorly explaned. She's not the worst choice that could have been made, but she is by no means worthy of the Supreme Court.
