  • THEY BOTH NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ABS.

  • I prefer styles that teach you to be the aggressot, not self-defense techniques. Attack first always. What if someone is trying to rape your girl? Would you tell that person " hey strike me so I can do my self-defense counter sttack "? No. Instead os delf-defense systems I prefer self-attack systems.

  • THIS IS A GOOD TRAINIG PROGRAM.

  • FORGET ABOUT WHAT STYLE IS BETTER, THEIR IS NO SUCH THING! CHOOSE THE STYLE YOU FEEL MOST CONFORTABLE WITH, DON'T BE AFRAID TO ADD NEW THINGS TO YOUR STYLE. EVERY STYLE OF FIGHTING IS MENT TO BE COMPLETE.

  • IT IS THE FOUNDATION OF MARTIAL ARTS TO KNOW THE DEFENCE AND OFFENCE OFF EVERY ATTACK, ON THE GROUND, OR STANDING. REMEMBER TO MAKE YOUR WEEKNESS STRONGER, (STUDY ANATOMY THAT HELPS) THIS TEACHES YOU HOW YOUR BODY WORKS, AND HOW YOU CAN MAKE IT STRONGER. AND ADAPT. ANY ART OF FIGHTING IS A MARTIAL ART! INCLUDING ARMED FORCES, THIS MUST BE DIFICULT TO UNDERSTAND FOR NEWCOMERS TO MARTIAL ARTS. AND IN ASIA THEY CALL IT KUNG FU! . PRACTICE EVERY DAY UNTIL THE MOVMENT BECOMES A REFLEX.

  • good movements-i show basically the same but with the class that includes women with small hands and weak wrists we have them do a hammer fist strike using pinky side of hand or the frearm -to strike at neck ,face area-not complex movemetns-simple so when under stress they respond andf do n ot think of what to do- oldsgtmajusmc in clarksville tn

  • pretty effective actually

  • @megasayajinsongoku99 I would recommend researching "Camp X" This is where they took every style that was known at the time which included but is not limited to Thai or known at the time as "Burmese" Boxing, Karate, judo, jujutsu, kung fu of many styles, Boxing, savate, fencing, and several others.

  • @thepurpledragon5 Indeed but so far I know mostly from judo and chinese boxing ... Fairbairn had a training under Jigoro Kano so far I remember !!

  • @thepurpledragon5 Thanks, I did not know what this was. Very interesting. I have read and looked into Fairbairn, Sykes, and Applegate over the years. I did not know his (Fairbairn) style culminated in this art. So this is great and I'm glad I stumbled onto it. Thanks again.
