Riverside CPRA Summons 12-9-09.mpg

The Riverside County Registrar of Voters (ROV) has a long history of denying citizens the ability to verify election results. The November 4, 2008 Presidential Election was no exception. The Election Defense Alliance (EDA) www.electiondefensealliance.org has filed suit against the ROV to force release of all non-proprietary data (including the election database) used to compile the election results. This includes an Excel spreadsheet that the ROV would only release in PDF format, retroactively issuing a policy stating they would not release information in "alterable" format.
