  • I am currrently studying for my CSCS. Watching Marks videos definitely helps understand the bio mechanics of lifting in relation to what I have learned. The NSCA should compliment the Essenitals of Strength Training and Conditioning with Marks Videos. I love the videos. Thanks for posting them!

  • Isn't biodynamics the study of farming food systems like crop rotations? Sounds like something a "good looking trainer" would say. I think you mean biomechanics.

  • Not all trainers are morons who can't teach and just good looking. That's like stereotyping cops are fat and out of shape. As a consumer for personal training or strength and conditioning it is the responsibility of the buyer to research the trainer. You wouldn't go to any dealership to purchase a car without doing your homework first.

  • I love learning about the biodynamics and biochemistry of bodybuilding. Really interesting stuff.

  • both of these vids are great! just what the doctor ordered. thanx

  • He needs a tissue.

  • Titan unfortunately in a lot of cases ur statement is correct. But, I did take my profession as a trainer seriously and educated myself as much as possible. I also surrounded myself with people that in certain areas had/have more knowledge than I did. It's important for people looking for a trainer to see what education, training or experience they have.

  • @cerealxxkiller Most gym trainers are people who just quit their job at burger king. Being a trainer at a gym is about having a good looking physique, not about being knowledgeable.

  • @matgeegiggles best for lower back, hamstrings and basically your posterior chain

add pull ups for upper back, and bent over rows for middle back

and you will have a nice powerful back
