@Eushisu It's defiantly stealing. Idk about the tower of power thing but a lot of the music he just slightly tweek it. Haven't you heard he has been Fired because a bunch of the DB Kai tracks were stolen.

I wouldn't say 'steal' so much as 'borrows'. After all, he got THE actual members of Tower of Power to do renditions of their own music in Budokai 2.
And besides, it's great to hear old classics like this resurface in a Dragonball Z game of all things!
