Almost sounds like a vacuum line leaking down after you shut down the engine. Mine did that once and it turned out to be a bad check valve in the brake booster. (it sounded differently though) It's definitely not the T.O. bearing though.

as Xarmy187 said, throw out bearing should only make noise until the clutch is engaged.conce engaged its pressed up against pressure plate

if its the TOB it will change or go away when you push the clutch in.
