You drilled a hole in the back? for the reference of viewers, there is a screw cap in the top of that compartment. take if off and there's your hole

I know you're not an expert (neither am I) but do you think this will work for a 2005 tsx with navi, XM , and 6 disc cd changer? Your TSX looks identical to mine BTW.
